Users will recieve information about the way, extent and particular use of your data through the responsible providers.
The rights for data protection are from the Bundesdateschutzgesetz (BDSG) and the Telemediengesetz (TMG).
Provision of Paid Services
In order to provide you with our paid services, we are asking for additional information/data. This means for example, the information for payment.
In order to secure your data during the transfer of the policy holder, we work with encryption technology (similar to SSL) through HTTPS, who reflect the current standard of technology.
Integration of Services and Third Party Content
Our offers include content, services and operations of other providers. This includes for example, Maps that are provided through Google-Maps, Videos from YouTube, graphics and pictures from other websites. So that the data in the browser of the users can be found and accessed, the sharing of the IP address is necessary. The provider (here described as a “Third Party”) also are able to access the IP-address of the user.
Even if we are forced to use exclusively Third Party providers, who require the IP address only to deliver content, we have no influence on whether or not the IP address will be saved or not. This process serves, in this case, a statistical purpose. As soon as we recieve notice, that the IP address has been saved, we will advise our users.

This website uses the online adverstisement program “Google AdWords” as well as Conversion-Tracking. Google AdWords puts a cookie on you computer when you use a Google Adverstisement to reach our website. After 30 days these cookies lose their validity and will not be used for personal identification.
With the helpful information collected by Coversion-Cookies, provides Conversion-Status for AdWords customers, that have decided for Conversion Tracking. The customers receive information about the amount of people that have clicked on their advertisement and with the Conversion Tracking Tag have been directed to the website. You receive however no information which is personally indentifying the users.
If you would not like to participate in Tracking Proceedures, you can easily deactivate the cookies for Google Conversion Tracking through your internet browser settings. You will then not be included the in the Conversion Tracking Statistics. Due to the fundamental laws of data avoidance and data sparity, personal data will only be saved as it is necessary and allowed from the institution (lawful saving period). As soon as the information becomes unnecessary or the saving period has ended then we will lock or delete the data.

You have the right to request, free of charge, information about your personal data that is saved with us, as well as to request a report, locking oder deleting of this information. Exception: the data is a part of a business settlement or the data is under the lawful obligation to preserve.
